BASEPLATE FOR SEEDING AND PLANTING ROAD SURFACE AND SEEDING AND PLANTING ROAD SURFACE FORMING METHOD USING THIS BASEPLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeding and planting parking garage for securing stable durability over a long period by preventing the occurrence of unevenness of a block by vehicle weight. SOLUTION: A wide baseplate 1 is integrally formed by a low foaming synthetic resin. This baseplate is laid over the whole surface in a state of being connected to a digging-down ground surface 3 in response to a space of the parking garage. Arrangement of a brick block 2 and and a turf planting-cultivating part 13 between the arrangement are formed by fitting a lower part of the brick block 2 in a block fitting part 12 arranged in two stages and two rows. The seeding and planting parking garage is formed by planting and cultivating turf by filling soil in this planting-cultivating part 13. Since the brick block 2 is fitted to and supported by the connected baseplate 1, the brick block does not float even if a load such as switching of a tire is received, and the occurrence of unevenness of the brick block 2 can be prevented.
