PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for utilizing a special water supply port (formed on a plane) in a bathroom for multiple purposes such as water supply, cleaning as well as removal of suspended or settled foreign matters in the bathtub water, etc. SOLUTION: A hose attaching mouth metal fitting 2 is inserted in one of rigid boards 1 having two holes and a hose is connected thereto, a doughnut-shaped packing 4 is closely stuck to the main body bottom face, a dome 3 is arranged on the other hole, a pull-up metal fitting 8 for pulling up a plane sucker 7 from below is inserted in a circular hole formed at the center, a pull-up lever 5 materializing the principle of cam to the metal fitting is connected by the shaft 6. The doughnut shape packing 4 has a thickness more than the part pressed by the rigid board 1 of the plane sucker 7 and a packing becoming the same thickness or thinner in compression is used.
