PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary flushing device capable of meeting specifications of various merchandise while using a pump assembly as a ready-made product and controlling costs. SOLUTION: A pressure governing valve 13 for adjusting pressure to a certain level is provided to an upstream side of a B connected port 12b inside of a branch metal fitting 12 after the pressurization is made by the pump assembly 9, and since an adjusting screw 13a for changing compressive force of a pressure governing spring 13b is provided to the pressure governing valve 13, the pump assembly 9 product as a ready-made product can be used while meeting the specifications of the merchandise, the costs can be controlled and, at the same time, pressure after pressurization can be easily adjusted even after the installation of the merchandise.
