PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device capable of eliminating a trouble resulting from the passing of detergent in a pump for mixing the detergent in a main flow water channel. SOLUTION: This device comprises a hot water tank, a washing nozzle 2 jetting washing water, and the main flow water channel 1 communicating the hot water tank to the washing nozzle 2. A detergent supply means and a detergent supply flow passage 3 for mixing detergent in the main flow water channel are formed and the downstream side end part of the detergent supply flow passage 3 is connected in the main flow water channel 1. The device also comprises a detergent container 4 discharging the detergent stored therein from a detergent discharge port by pressingly operating the detergent supply means by an operating part 41 and a drive part 5 comprising a drive means 51 and a power output part 53 driven by the drive means 51. The detergent discharge port 42 of the detergent container 4 is connected to the upstream side end part of the detergent supply flow passage 3 and the operating part 41 of the detergent container 4 is pressingly operated by the operation output part 53 of the drive part 5 so as to mix the detergent in the main flow water passage 1.
