PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost excluding device which ensures the exclusion of a large region and never requires to hold an internal organ with a hand during a surgery in spite of the internal organ, such as the small intestine, which is hard to hold. SOLUTION: The excluding device is constituted of a flexible planar sheet 1 as a part for excluding the internal organ and a flexible elastic frame 2 formed into a ring shape by fixing the elastic frame 2 to the periphery of the planar sheet. The excluding device retains itself with the resilience of the elastic frame 2 when excluding the internal organ and being attached to the inside of a body cavity. The excluding device is also constituted by extending one or a plurality of threads 3 from the planar sheet 1 or the elastic frame 2 of the excluding device to retain itself with the tension of the threads.
