PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure generated electric power at a low cost by utilizing the potential energy of game balls falling inside a game machine island. SOLUTION: Power generating means (first and second power generating devices 30a and 30b) for generating the electric power by the fall of game balls (pachinko balls) are mounted in a passage (e.g. a ball collection gutter 13) for game balls to fall inside the game machine island (the pachinko island) PI consisting of a plurality of game machines (pachinko machines) 20. With this structure, as the number of game balls (pachinko balls) falling inside the game machine island is large, only a few power generating means mounted on each game machine island can secure a sufficient quantity of electric power at a low cost.
