PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional type high density abalone rearing apparatus in which adhesion members are received in baskets in a water tank in a vertically expanded and darkened state to form an abalone-growing environment, thereby improving a rearing density per unit area. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional type high density abalone rearing apparatus comprising a water tank 1 for rearing the abalones, baskets 2 which are disposed in the water tank 1 to receive the abalones in a classified state, and the adhesion members 4 disposed in the baskets 2 is characterized in that the adhesion members 4 are made by making synthetic resin plates to vertically stand in parallel at a prescribed intervals and forming wandering holes 7 on each plate.
