PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line information acquisition server for tracking a subscriber's line and calculating the line conditions more efficiently. SOLUTION: A facility is specified from the telephone number of a customer and a line from the facility to a telephone station is tracked. In doing this, tracking is performed first by a metal cable connection information table 220. Then, when the tracking cannot be performed, the tracking is performed on the basis of a metal cable information table 230. Also, in the metal cable information table 230, when the name of a connected facility and the number of the connected facility of the metal cable are blank, the metal cable in which the name of a unit cable coincides with the name of the customer's cable is specified and tracked. Furthermore, when the name of the connected facility and the number of the connected facility of the metal cable are not blank and the name of the unit cable does not coincide with the name of the customer's cable, a cable which the name of the unit cable coincides with is specified in the same span and tracked.
