摘要 <p>Exposure device has dichroic prism light mixer with translucent elements (31,32,33). Light selection layer (39A) allows red light beams to pass and reflects blue light beams in same direction as throughput direction of red light beams. Second light selection layer (39B) lets blue light beams pass and reflects green in same direction as throughput direction red and blue. Third light selection layer (39c) for green : Exposure device has three array light sources (21,22,23) for light beams having P and S polarized light components. Dichroic prism light mixer has three translucent elements (31,32,33). Elements (31,32) are connected and elements (32,33) are connected. Light selection layer (39A) allows red light beams to pass and to reflect blue light beams in same direction as through put direction of red light beams. Second light selection layer (39B) lets blue light beams pass and reflects green in same direction as through put direction red and blue. Third light selection layer (39c) for green. prism emits R, B, G light in same direction as mixed beams.</p>
