摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A vanadium oxide recovery method is provided which is capable of recovering vanadium more economically by greatly lowering manufacturing cost of ferrovanadium and greatly reducing consumption of energy. CONSTITUTION: The vanadium oxide flake recovery method from heavy oil fly ash or orimulsion oil fly ash comprises a leaching solution separation step of performing solid-liquid separation of leaching solution after dissolving valuable metals including vanadium and nickel by mixing heavy oil fly ash or orimulsion oil fly ash with water and leaching the mixture in an agitation leaching tank; a vanadium tetraoxide preparation step of recovering vanadium tetraoxide by adding a neutralizing agent to the separated leaching solution to adjust pH of the leaching solution to 5 to 6 under ordinary temperature and pressure conditions, thereby precipitating and separating vanadium tetraoxide; a high temperature drying step of removing moisture contained in the prepared vanadium tetraoxide; and a vanadium oxide recovery step of preparing vanadium oxide flake by melting the mixture in a melting furnace after adding sodium carbonate as a supporting agent to the dried vanadium tetraoxide.</p>
