PURPOSE: A channel time request command data structure, and a channel time allocating method and apparatus are provided to guarantee a QoS(Quality of Service) by adding information on a type of data stream to a channel time request command format and allocating a differentiated channel time according to the data stream. CONSTITUTION: A channel time request command is received from a device(S610). The channel time request command is stored in a memory queue allocated according to a type of a stream included in the channel time request command(S620). A channel time request command stored in a memory queue with a higher weight is preferentially processed according to each weight value allocated to each memory queue(S630).
