PURPOSE: A monitor device is provided to freely adjust a height and a tilting angle of a monitor main body, and change the tilting angle of the monitor main body to a view angle of a user when the height of the monitor main body is adjusted. CONSTITUTION: The first link(30) is interposed between the monitor main body(10) and a base(50). The second link(40) is interposed between the monitor main body and the base, and is installed close to the first link. A base .bracket(51) is combined to the base, and has the first and the second lower supporter rotatively supporting a lower part of the first and the second link. A combining bracket(20) is rotatively combined to the monitor main body, and has the first and the second upper supporter rotatively supporting an upper part of the first and the second link. The first spring(60) to upwardly attach the first link to a plane of the base is installed between the first link and the first lower supporter. The second spring(65) to upwardly attach the second link to the plane of the base is installed between the second link and the second lower supporter.
