PURPOSE: A tape supply device of a bookbinding device is provided to configure a tape discharge path by using the second saw tooth roller and a frictional pad, and to stack a previously cut tape on a tape cassette, thereby preventing an inferior tape supply even though the stacked tape is supplied to a tape heating device. CONSTITUTION: A tape supply device comprises as follows. A tape cassette(56) is configured to stack a tape inside. Saw tooth rollers(51,52) return the tape stacked in the tape cassette(56). A frictional pad(53) is located at a position corresponding to one of the saw tooth rollers(51,52). A tape discharge path is disposed between the frictional pad(53) and the saw tooth roller located by corresponding to the frictional pad(53). A frictional pad pressurizing spring(54) applies an elastic force to the corresponding saw tooth roller.
