PURPOSE: A shoulder belt guide of a seat belt for a vehicle is provided to offer convenience to a passenger and improve safety by relaxing the tension of the belt. CONSTITUTION: A shoulder belt guide(100) of a seat belt is composed of a guide hole(110), and a pressing unit(130) having an elastic body(120) therein. The shoulder belt guide is rotatably coupled to the inner top of a center pillar by a hinge. A belt(240) drawn from a retractor passes through the guide hole. The pressing unit is elastically supported by the elastic body, and applies pressure to the belt passing through the guide hole. The frictional force between the pressing unit and the belt is generated by the pressure. A semi-cylindrical unit is formed at the end of the pressing unit, and is in contact with the belt so that the belt smoothly passes through the guide hole. The frictional force between the pressing unit and the belt is easily controlled according to the position of the elastic body.
