The device (1) has a fastening unit (3) connected with a door leaf and a sheet (6) in parallel. A clamping unit is fixed with a rotation unit (5). A position adjusting mechanism adjusts position of the clamping unit and a door frame. A relative displacement unit is provided in the position adjusting mechanism perpendicular to a rotation axis of a blade (20). The rotation unit transmits torque produced by a resilient mechanism (22) to a pivoting unit. The position adjusting mechanism is placed on back of a door.
