The stabilizer has multiple flaps or wings (1) obtaining aerodynamic forces depending on angle of spoilers for controlling a vehicle. The flaps or wings are rotatable aboutrespective vertical axes, so that intensity of the lateral force produced to an aerodynamic steering control vehicle is controlled. A powered mechanism controls rotation of the flaps or wings,where the powered mechanism is driven by a steering wheel.
