INSULATING MATERIAL HAVING HIGH HEAT RESISTANCE, BASED ON POLYVINYLIDENE FLUORIDE AND ELECTRIC WIRE CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are an insulating material having a high heat-resistance and an electric wire containing the insulating material. The insulating material get a pass in a life cycle test(200deg.C/168hrs.) by MIL-81044 and an accelerated aging test(300deg.C/6hrs.). CONSTITUTION: The insulating material contains 100pts.wt. of a base resin comprising polyvinylidene fluoride(PVdF) and 0-50pts.wt. of hexafluoro propylene, 0.01-2pts.wt. of a phenol-based antioxidant, 0.01-4pts.wt. of a phosphorus-based antioxidant, and 1-10pts.wt. of a crosslinking auxiliary. And the electric wire comprises: a conductor(10); a first insulating layer(20) made of a crosslinked polyolefin material, wherein the conductor(10) passes in the axis direction of the first insulating layer(20); and a second insulating layer(30) made of the insulating material.
