PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming a globe shape is provided to stably supply strands extruded from a strand extruder to a pill molding roller regardless of thickness and viscosity of strands. CONSTITUTION: A strand extruder(20) is disposed downward on the front top part of a case body and extrudes knead for making a globe shape into many strands by a screw extrusion type or cylinder extrusion type. A pair of pill molding rollers(40) with semicircular grooves(41) longitudinally formed on the thread at a regular interval are disposed on the front surface of the case body and molds strands extruded from the strand extruder(20) into a globe shape while reciprocating and rotating simultaneously by a molding roller driving apparatus in the case body. A guide rail(12) is horizontally disposed on the top of the case body by a support(11) disposed at both sides of the upper surface of the case body. A guide(13) slidably guided to the guide rail(12) is disposed on the lower part of a bottom plate(23) of the strand extruder(20). The guide of the strand extruder(20) is disposed at the guide rail(12) so as to be horizontally movable. |
