PURPOSE: Shoes with changeable weight are provided to allow shoe wearers to be able to increase or decrease the weight of the shoes in accordance with the amount of exercise the wearers want to have for keeping healthy. CONSTITUTION: The shoes with changeable weight include a plurality of steel rod insertion openings; heavy steel rods(1) to be inserted into the steel rod insertion openings; and caps(3) for covering the steel rod insertion openings after the steel rods(1) are inserted into the steel rod insertion openings or after the steel rods(1) are removed. The steel rod insertion openings are disposed on the left, right, or rear side of the shoe's heel(2). The caps(3) are used to make sure that steel rods(1) do not fall off during exercise. The weight of the shoe is easily controlled by adding or deleting the steel rod(1).
