PURPOSE: A device, a system, and a method for offering the contents inside object information are provided to offer a user with the modified or added contents inside object information in a state that the raw contents made by a contents maker is not modified or a contents inside object information provider does not modify the raw contents. CONSTITUTION: A contents basic information converter(400) receives a message including the contents basic information and provides the contents basic information converted by matching with the contents basic information included in the message. An information searcher(420) extracts/provides the contents inside object information stored in a storing part(430) by using the converted contents basic information. An object information transmitter generates/transmits the message including the contents inside object information provided from the information searcher.
