PURPOSE: A heater for a steering wheel of a vehicle is provided to enable a driver to drive the vehicle under a comfortable condition by installing a hot wire in the steering wheel and quickly raising temperature of the steering wheel in the winter. CONSTITUTION: A heater for a steering wheel of a vehicle comprises a heating part(10) wound around the outer peripheral surface of a rim in a coil shape; a power supply part(20) supplying power to the heating part; a switch part(30) installed to a horn; and a power-interrupting part(40) interrupting power supplied to the heating part if the temperature of the hot wire exceeds a predetermined value. The heating part emits heat if power is supplied. The switch part controls the power supplied to the heating part from the power supply part.
