PURPOSE: A differential locking device of a vehicle is provided to use the differential locking gear and an anti-lock brake system at the same time, and to improve stability and convenience by preventing differential limit in operating the anti-lock brake system for braking. CONSTITUTION: A differential locking device comprises a differential case(52) rotated by power from a transmission; a couple of pinion gears(56) rotated and combined with a pinion shaft(54) installed vertically to the differential case; a side gear(58) engaged with the pinion gear; a cam side gear(62) engaged with the pinion gear in opposite to the side gear and composed of a first cam-type lobe(60) protruded in the rear part; a clutch pack(64) installed in the rear part of the cam side gear and the side gear to generate differential limit force with friction; a cam plate(68) turned and installed in the rear part of the cam side gear and composed of a second lobe(66) protruded and engaged with the first lobe to operate the clutch pack; and a differential limit preventing unit(70) installed in the cam side gear to prevent operation of the clutch pack by engaging the cam side gear with the cam plate firmly in braking.
