PURPOSE: A real-time auction method to optionally accepting a bid based on an intention of a seller is provided to change a registered initial auction price/desired sale price during an auction price, inform sellers of changes, and optionally accept the bid depending on the seller's intention even if a bidding price is not reached to the desired price. CONSTITUTION: The seller inputs/registers auction information such as auction article information and the initial auction price(S330). A buyer requests the auction information(S240). The requested auction information is extracted/output through an auction unit of a buyer terminal(S410). After an auction start time, the buyer inputs purchase application information including the bidding price based on the auction information(S260). The seller inputs an optional acceptance request during the auction process(S370). The auction is stopped regardless of auction termination by the optional acceptance request and the bidder presenting the highest price is selected as a successful bidder(S470).
