The damper has a circular recess part arranged on a bottom part of a base (1). A threaded stud (3) is anchored in center of the base by a nut (8). Two flaps (5) are provided with through-holes on bottom of a sole (6). A plate (2) is made of an elastic material. A slide block (10) made of rubber is located on the base. Another circular recess part is arranged on a stabilizer and fixed with rectangular-shaped lugs. An orifice and a hole are provided on another base. Shock absorbers are provided with waterproof material plates.
