The rubber-product has residual rubber parts obtained from recycling automobile tires to form a variable thickness coating part on a vegetable layer. The residual rubber parts are obtained by cutting the automotive tires. Length of the rubber parts vary between 3 mm and 80 mm, width of the rubber parts is specified as 3 mm and 40 mm. Thickness of the rubber parts vary between 3 mm and 20 mm. The rubber parts are provided with a black base color and impregnated by painting, synthetic resins or different colors and shades, where the rubber parts are integrated with a coverage unit. The rubber-product is made of steel and wool.
