摘要

PURPOSE: A solid state image pick-up device is provided to make a shading quantity with respect to an interval from the center of an image uniform by installing the center of a reduced magnification correction in correcting a projection pupil of an on-chip micro lens in a position separated from the optical center of an image pick-up region. CONSTITUTION: A solid state image pick-up device(41) has an on-chip micro lens(28) corresponding to each sensor part(23) of an image pick-up region(42). The center of a reduced magnification of correction of a projection pupil of an on-chip micro lens is located in a position separated from the center of the image pick-up region. The sensor part or an opening of a mask layer is asymmetrical.
