The blades have a deflector placed in an outlet of chimneys, which are formed with ventilation holes. An outer edge of a cap is arranged with a side wall of the chimney, where a mouth part of the cap is installed in the deflector. Multiple boards are separated from each other and located away from a mouth part of the chimney that is provided with a duct ventilation shaft. A slat is arranged at a top edge of each chimney, where a flat surface of the slat is arranged perpendicular to an axis (4) of the deflector.
