<p>Benzene sulfonamide derivatives (I), are new. Benzene sulfonamide derivatives (I), and their acid addition salts, are new. [Image] R 1-R 4H, halo, 1-3C alkyl, 1-3C alkoxy, CF 3 or OCF 3; R a1-4C alkyl; Y : 2-5C saturated alkylene optionally interrupted by O, 2-4C unsaturated alkylene or CH 2-CO-NH-CH 2; X : CH or N; p : 2 or 3; A : a bond, N optional substituted by methyl, 1-5C alkylene optionally hydroxylated and optionally one of the C atoms is CO, so that A and X may not together form a N atom, and B' : N heterocyclyl, amino or mono or di- 1-4C alkylamino. Independent claims are also included for the preparation of (I). ACTIVITY : Analgesic; Antiinflammatory; Dermatological; Antirheumatic; Antiarthritic. Tests are described, but no results are given. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Bradykinin B2 receptor antagonist.</p> |
