PURPOSE: A piezoelectric electro-acoustic transducer for a piezoelectric receiver and a piezoelectric sounder and a fabricating method thereof are provided to prevent distortion of a piezoelectric diaphragm, stabilize a frequency characteristic, and reduce cracks of a conductive adhesive by restraining the vibration of the piezoelectric diaphragm. CONSTITUTION: A casing has a support unit disposed in an internal periphery thereof in order to support four corners of a piezoelectric diaphragm. A terminal is fixed to the casing. A first elastic adhesive(13) is used for holding the piezoelectric diaphragm to the casing and is arranged between an external periphery of the piezoelectric diaphragm and an internal connection part of the terminal. A conductive adhesive(14) is used for electrically connecting an electrode of the piezoelectric diaphragm and the internal connection part of the terminal. A second elastic adhesive is used for sealing up a gap between the external periphery of the piezoelectric diaphragm and the internal periphery of the casing. A cradle is provided in the internal periphery of the casing and below the piezoelectric diaphragm in the vicinity of the first elastic adhesive.
