A method for manufacture of three-layered panel of reinforced plastic with a filler of tubular elements includes shaping of the lower carrying layer, arrangement of tubular elements of filler close to each other, shaping over them of upper carrying layer and hardening all elements of sandwich. At first, the blocks are manufactured of preliminarily molded and hardened tubular elements of filler; then the blocks are placed into the mold; the blocks are forced against working surface of mold and fixed to each other; into the clearances, which were formed between the blocks, preliminarily formed, but unhardened billets of tubular elements of filler are introduced with their following hardening; over continuous layer of filler formed in this way upper carrying layer of sandwich is formed; after hardening of the upper carrying layer, and fixation of the curvature of billet of sandwich it is removed from the mold and on the opposite side of the layer of filler the lower carrying layer of sandwich is formed with its following hardening.
