DEVICE FOR DRESSING THE ABRASIVE DISC ON THE END-FINISHING MACHINE

Invention relates to the dressing of end surfaces of cylindrical components. Device for dressing the abrasive disc on the end-finishing machine contains two truing instruments connected with a rotating lever located on the shaft with the help of elastic elements. Two truing instruments are located coaxially to each other and they are fixed to some ends of the elastic elements executed in the form of two flat springs, on turned to each other internal surfaces of which the protrusions are located, with which the bilateral tapered element interacts. The latter has the capability of longitudinal travel between said flat springs. Other ends of flat springs are fastened to the lever. Invention makes it possible to dress abrasive discs without stopping of machine tool at simultaneous increase of the accuracy of dressing.
