The motor has a fixed body of rotor with a bearing, and a circular rotor composed of an axis receiving a perforated hub and a caging bolt. A ventilator is introduced on periphery of the hub. A cylinder head (63) terminating a structure of the rotor is at periphery of the ventilator. A bearing shield (72) receives the caging bolt in a cage and closes the fixed body of rotor. A regulating case is fixed on bearing of the body.
