The device has a conduit (1) opened over its length by a slit (2). Two parallel components in form of rods (3) are inserted on longitudinal edges surpassing both sides of the conduit. Walls of the conduit have certain elasticity to allow spacing and forming of two components. A link is inserted through top and bottom orifices of conduit or is inserted on sides between the rods.
