PURPOSE: An educational apparatus using a mobile interworking toy is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and purchasing prices for toys, and realize efficient education for children. CONSTITUTION: A mobile apparatus(31) downloads educational contents through a wireless data communication network, and receives response data related to the operation of the educational contents through a self-key or communication with the outside while outputting images and sounds of the educational contents through a screen and a speaker. A toy(32) moves in regular form by driving a motor(32-2), and transmits signals inputted through a certain button(32-5) and a sensor(32-6) to the mobile apparatus(31) as the response data related to the operation of the educational contents. The toy(32) includes an announcement storing unit(32-7) storing voice announcements, and an announcement output unit(32-10) outputting certain announcement when an event is generated.
