PURPOSE: A structure of a monitoring board camera is provided to adopt separate filters for the day and the night by a simple configuration, while separately using all assemblies for the day and the night, thereby removing any inconvenience in photographing during the daytime and at night without a complex structure. CONSTITUTION: A rear lens(47) is further formed on an upper side of a base panel. A lens position controller(49) controls a focal distance of the rear lens(47) by vertically moving the rear lens(47). An iris(43) is formed on an upper side of the rear lens(47). An iris driver(45) controls a degree of an opening of the iris(43). A front lens(41) is further formed on an upper side of the iris(43). The iris(43) controls the iris driver(45) to operate a light receiving degree.
