PREPARATION METHOD OF SOLID FUEL (REFUSE DERIVED FUEL: RDF) USING FOOD WASTE (GARBAGE)

PURPOSE: A preparation method of solid fuel using food waste is provided to obtain an organic solid fuel having high heating value so that the solid fuel is practically used as a fuel in a farm household or factory. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises first process of producing a polymer combustible fuel material by heating the mixture to a certain temperature as injecting a treated material obtained by stirring fine amorphous carbon powder, zeolite, vanadium pentoxide and titanium oxide, food waste pulverized solution and activated carbon into a well-known solid fuel base material, wherein the well-known solid fuel base material is obtained by a process of preparing honeycomb type organic molecular sieve ceramics in a grain shape by heating the mixture to a temperature of about 100 to 120 deg.C as agitating the materials after injecting agricultural byproduct of cellulose, metal oxide, fine amorphous carbon powder and molasses into a certain shaped reactor, and a process of agitating the mixture at certain temperature for a certain time and supplying sonic wave and hot air to the mixture at the same time after injecting a dextrinization solution obtained from food waste powder containing moisture into a certain quantity of the prepared molecular sieve; second process of injecting molten colloid prepared by heating the mixture to a proper temperature after mixing waste edible oil with waste ethylene resin into the polymer combustible fuel material of the first process; and third process of preparing an organic solid fuel by compression molding the materials after injecting molasses into a resulting material obtained by the second process.
