PURPOSE: A food waste disposal device is provided to prevent environmental pollution by reducing the quantity of food waste by removing the moisture contained in food waste. CONSTITUTION: The food waste disposal device(100) comprises: an inlet unit(110) provided with an inlet(111) and a guide pipe(114) and connected to a sink to let food waste and water flow in; a crushing room(120) provided with a crusher(122) to crush the food waste and a filter(124) to let food waste and moisture pass through; a feed pipe(130) feeding the crushed food waste to a dewatering room(140) together with water; a dewatering room(140) removing the moisture of the food waste; a driving unit(150) provided with a driving motor to operate the crushing room(120) and the dewatering room(140); and a base(160) located on the lower parts of the driving unit(150) and the dewatering room(140).
