PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying multimedia contents by an advertisement, and a method thereof are provided to use multimedia contents for free or by paying for charge in part, and increase an effect of an advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal is connected to an advertising station through wireless Internet, and judges to download multimedia contents for free(S100). If so, a wireless Internet address of the advertising station is inputted to the mobile terminal(S110). A user selects one of multi-step advertisements which are provided from the advertising station and free ratios are indicated at, and watches the selected advertisement(S120). The corresponding multimedia contents are downloaded(S130). It is judged whether additional multimedia contents to be downloaded exist(S140). Communication path setup between the mobile terminal and the advertising station is released and the cost is calculated(S150). The downloaded multimedia contents are reproduced(S160). |
