METHOD FOR PREDICTING EFFICACY OF EPIDIDYMOVASOANASTOMOSIS

The invention relates to the medicine, namely to andrology and is intended for predicting the efficacy of epididymovasoanastomosis judging by the complex of the morphologic parameters of the testicular tissue. The method comprises the morphological assessment of all the types of the cells in spermatogenic epithelium of the seminiferous tubules and the surrounding testicular tissues. The presence of at least one spermatozoon in the lumen of the seminiferous tubules without the alterations of endocrinocytes with no more than slight accompanying edema in the interstitial tissue and slight thickening of the part of the blood vessels are regarded as the favorable predictive signs of the efficacy of epididymovasoanastomosis.
