The device has cutting pliers (3), covered with a titanium layer or manufactured out of carbon fiber, placed on an appendix (6) of a tetrahedral packing (1) associated with a protection skirt (4). The device is initially introduced into a mouth of a container (2) and then the cutting pliers are actuated between two fingers of a hand through the skirt (4).
