The device has a conductive track e.g. conductive ink layer, coupled to an oscillator of an electronic module (3) by a flexible wire. The oscillator oscillates when a conducting object e.g. human hand, contacts the conductive track, to activate a microcontroller of the electronic module. The microcontroller activates a loud-speaker or an electroluminescent diode during an electrical contact with the conductive track.
