PURPOSE: Provided is a flat planar foamed panel having a V-shaped groove, from which foamed panels having various shapes can be obtained by a simple folding step, thereby improving the flexibility in use, productivity and transportability. CONSTITUTION: The flat planar foamed panel comprises a V-shaped groove for folding, on a desired portion of the flat planar foamed panel in which a foamed resin layer(16) is laminated between an upper iron panel(11) and a lower iron panel(12). At the portion of the V-shaped groove in the flat planar foamed panel(20), a V-shaped frame(15) formed by extrusion molding and having insertion grooves at both ends thereof is optionally inserted for forming the groove. The foamed resin is preferably formed of hard urethane foam.
