PURPOSE: A preparation method of cyclohexanone oxime is provided to prevent degradation of a catalyst, titanium silicate, while being undergone ammoxidation, thereby increasing the production yield and helping to reduce the production cost. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of cyclohexanone oxime comprises a step of reacting cyclohexanone, hydrogen peroxide and ammonia in the presence of brand-new titanium silicates and recycled titanium silicates, wherein the recycled titanium silicates are recovered by reacting cyclohexanone, hydrogen peroxide and ammonia in the presence of titanium silicates.
