PURPOSE: A LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp is provided to improve a brightness of the light emitting diode lamp by increasing a refractive characteristic of a light emitted from the device. CONSTITUTION: A LED lamp includes a circuit substrate having an electrode pattern formed thereon, a light emitting unit(27) mounted on the circuit substrate, and a reflecting frame(31) mounted on the circuit substrate and having a concave portion(32) configured to surround the light emitting unit. A reflective surface(33) for reflecting light emitted from the light emitting unit is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the concave portion. The reflective surface is formed in a taper shape extending toward an upper end of the reflective frame. The light emitting unit includes a plurality of light emitting diode elements and a transparent or translucent resin material to enclose the light emitting diode elements.
