SCHIZANDRA BEVERAGE CONTAINING SCHIZANDRA CHINENSIS EXTRACT AND SUGARS INSTEAD OF ARTIFICIAL PIGMENTS AND FLAVORINGS

摘要

PURPOSE: A Schizandra beverage containing a Schizandra chinensis extract and sugars instead of artificial pigments and flavorings is provided. It has a natural flavor and color as well as various pharmacological functions of Schizandra chinensis(Schizandrae Fructus). CONSTITUTION: The Schizandra beverage has a Brix degree of 15 to 16 and contains 7 to 9% by weight of a Schizandra extract having a soluble solid of 6 to 7 Brix and 15 to 18% by weight of sugars. CO2 gas also can be fused into the Schizandra beverage.
