The first outer pipe is plugged into the outer pipe bushing, which is plugged into the outer pipe sleeve, which seals onto the second outer pipe. The inner pipe coupling is covered or exposed by axially moving the outer pipe sleeve, while the outer pipe bushing remains bolted to the first inner pipe, and mechanically secured and electrically grounded to a metal structure. |
