PURPOSE: A freezing container of an ice thermal storage apparatus is provided to reduce fatigue and restrain damage by efficiently distributing expansion and contraction of a freezing container. CONSTITUTION: A freezing container(10) contains a freezing solution(30). Aperture grooves(12,12a) are integratedly formed with the freezing container, having radial bending parts(11) extended from an outer surface of the freezing container in a center direction, and having brine flow paths(13,13a) for flowing brine. The aperture grooves function ice manufacturer expansion and thaw contraction. A fixing element easily fixes the freezing container in a thermal storage tub.
