PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the development period and reduce the development cost by dispensing with remodeling of an operating system to be started when starting one operating system of a plurality of operating systems simultaneously operated in one computer. SOLUTION: The running mode of a CPU is set to a trace mode prior to execution of initializing processing of another operating system, a debug exception is generated every execution of each command. A debug exception processing part 220 examines whether or not the next command is the leading command of a specified command group and performs, when the next command of the specified group is the leading command of the specified group, an alternating processing instead of execution of the specified command group.
