DRIVE DEVICE OF DISPLAY PANEL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device of a display panel capable of reducing a circuit scale while preventing the decrease of a contrast. SOLUTION: A reset pulse which has a waveform having a steep level change at a leading-edge part and a slow level change at the part following a leading edge part is generated with a voltage obtained by connecting a power source for generating a sustain discharge pulse and a power source for generating a scan pulse in series. This configuration eliminates the need for a dedicated power source for generating the reset pulse, and decreases the luminance of light emission due to reset discharge which is induced corresponding to the reset pulse.
