PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a spot pin mounted on a pin head with high density, without damaging other pins. SOLUTION: A through-hole for inserting the spot pin for fitting is provided at the pin fitting section of the pin head 30. When the spot pin is removed, by pushing down a slender needle rod 64 in a pin push-down tool 63 to insert it from the upper end of the through-hole, the spot pin is removed from the pin head 30.
